*There is a merchant fee 3.99% for use of credit, debit cards.

Cancellation Policy 

I value my time,  if you are canceling with less than 24 hours notification, or miss/forget your appointment time it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

If your appointment is canceled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled time a full refund will be given.

There is always the option to reschedule at a later date if given at least 24 hour notice, your prepayment will carry over.  If you reschedule an appointment, and you miss the rescheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the fee. Three no shows, emergency or not, and no other appointments will be booked with me.
