Swedish Massage
This massage uses longer, broad strokes to facilitate the body into a state of relaxation. Hot towels to melt away stress, and aromatherapy scented oils are available for use.
Myofascial Release (Indirect release)
Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
This is a very light touch massage, similar in pressure to lymphatic massage
*Please be aware there will be some therapeutic inflammation following myofascial release this usually lasts about 24-48 hours. Drinking plenty of water after will help the body get rid of any metabolic waste from the tissues that has been released.
Chair Massage
Short on time but need a few minutes of relaxation? Try a 20 minute chair massage that targets the neck, back, shoulders, and hands.
Chair massage are a great way to get the benefits of a full body massage in a much shorter time span. No undressing needed!

Sit in a welcoming and relaxing room with a warm eye mask listening to soothing music while your feet and hands get pampered.
Dr. Teals Epsom foot soak (Rosemary+Mint, Eucalyptus+spearmint, Lavender)

Do you stand on your feet all day, do you suffer from sore feet? I have the service for you. Take a breather, escape for a few minutes and soak your feet in a Epsom salt blend (Rosemary+mint, Eucalyptus+spearmint, or Lavender)

Reiki Energy Healing
Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. It is a gentle form of energy healing that helps to clear the chakras of the body, by re-establishing the flow from source. It can be administered either by laying of hands on the body, or hovering above the chakras.
