Swedish Massage
This massage uses longer, broad strokes to facilitate the body into a state of relaxation. Hot towels to melt away stress, and aromatherapy scented oils are available for use.
Chair Massage
Short on time but need a few minutes of relaxation? Try a 20 minute chair massage that targets the neck, back, shoulders, and hands.
Chair massage are a great way to get the benefits of a full body massage in a much shorter time span. No undressing needed!
*Available for corporate events 15 minutes per person, or 4 hour minimum/maximum, please call/DM me for rates/availability.

Warm parafin wax soothes aching joints, helps to reduce inflammation in the muscles, and tendons. Let the soothing heat melt away your discomfort.
Parafin wax dip (lavender scented)
Hand massage after with choice of (lavender+wildflower, lemon+lime, greentea) lotion
Reiki Energy Healing
Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. It is a gentle form of energy healing that helps to clear the chakras of the body, by re-establishing the flow from source. It can be administered either by laying of hands on the body, or hovering above the chakras.
Reiki/Chair Package (quick break)
Get the best of both worlds with this package that combines a 20 minute chair massage that targets the neck, shoulders, back, and hands, followed by 20 minutes of Reiki. This package is sure to make you feel relaxed and energetically re-aligned.
Energy Work (Intuitive Healing)
An intuitive healing session is designed for me, the practitioner, to access any hidden energetic cords/attachments, soul contracts/agreements, shift energy, core story work, past life work, and soul retrieval that impacts your daily life. These sessions are designed to help you facilitate your own healing by working through and addressing any of these energetic issues in your session. I have completed my certification through the talented Eva Nelson of Eva Nelson Healing. I look forward to using my gifts to facilitate your own healing journey.
